Hi Sian,
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney! I visit Walt Disney World Resort with my young kids and an afternoon nap is often included in our park days. When it is time to return to the theme park, we are feeling refreshed and ready for a late night of fun!
I was told by a Cast Member that there is no deadline for re-entering the theme parks. Of course, you’ll want to be mindful of the
theme park's operating hours. If you’re returning to Magic Kingdom Park, I recommend arriving before
Happily Ever After begins. Once you’re in the park, you can choose to find a place to watch the nighttime spectacular, or you can go enjoy some shorter wait times for some attractions. In my experience, as the closing time nears, I have seen some queues for attractions cut off, but your experience may vary.
Sian, I am happy to share that when you pay for theme park parking, your
parking pass is valid all day at all four theme parks. If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, there is
complimentary transportation offered from your resort to the theme parks throughout the day. I prefer to use the complimentary bus system because I like to sit back, relax, and let someone else do the driving!
Enjoy your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort, Sian. If you have any future planning questions, I’ll be
here at planDisney!
