Hey there, Daniel!
A warm welcome to planDisney. Thank you for sending us your great question about
Disney Park Pass theme park reservations!
Daniel, yes, you need a Disney Park Pass theme park reservation to enter a Walt Disney World Resort theme park at any time of the day. The only time you don’t need a Disney Park Pass theme park reservation is when you have a theme park ticket with the Park Hopper option and you are hopping to a second park after 2 p.m. However, you need a theme park reservation for the first park — regardless of what time you plan on entering.
As an Orlando local, I love visiting the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks for dinner or to catch a fireworks spectacular such as Disney Enchantment. Often, I will grab an available, last-minute Disney Park Pass theme park reservation and enter the theme parks in the evening!
Daniel, I hope this helps answer your question. If you have any additional questions, please visit planDisney again. We are always hEAR to help you!
