It's great to see you here today at planDisney, Philip! It sounds like we have a lot in common, because I'm always trying to squeeze as much magic as possible out of my days at Walt Disney World Resort, and it all usually begins with visiting a Theme Park on the day I check-in. I often arrive before the official check-in time as well, and I'm happy to walk you through how to get into your favorite Theme Park before your
Resort Hotel room is ready.
The first thing you'll need to do happens before you even arrive, and that is making sure that you have
valid admission as well as a
Disney Park Pass reservation for the Theme Park you'd like to visit that day. A Disney Park Pass reservation is currently required in addition to your admission as part of the
phased re-opening process, so make sure that you have that ready in your
My Disney Experience account before your arrival day. When you arrive at your Resort Hotel, you're welcome to drop your luggage off with Bell Services, and they'll store it safely for you until you're ready to return. From there, you can use the
complimentary resort transportation to get a direct ride to wherever you're going! You can spend the day enjoying your favorite attractions, and you'll receive a text message to your phone as well as a notification through the
My Disney Experience app when your room is ready. When you return, you can collect your bags at Bell Services, or you can call down from your room to have them delivered directly to you!
I hope this answers your question, Philip, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
