Can we enter the first set of gates with a wheeled cooler or wagon just to get our stuff to a locker outside the main park we are walking from our hotel and if we can use our wagon to get our cooler to a locker or wheel a cooler to a locker that would be s

Hello Michelle, and thank you for bringing your question to planDisney!

Unfortunately, wagons and coolers (with or without wheels) larger than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high (61 cm x 38 cm x 46 cm) are not allowed inside the theme parks or at the Downtown Disney District.  I did want to point out that loose or dry ice are also not permitted, and re-usable ice packs are recommended. My family and I have used smaller, soft-sided cooler and lunch bags with re-usable ice packs for food and snacks for our days at the theme parks in the past.  They hold a good amount of food!

If you are staying at one of the Disneyland Resort Good Neighbor hotels, I do recommend using the security checkpoint closest to Harbor Boulevard.  It will then be a short walk to the Esplanade, where the lockers are accessible from the Downtown Disney District and can be found close to both main theme park entrances.

If you are looking for some more budget-friendly snacks inside the parks, I highly recommend the Mickey Mouse Pretzels as well as the freshly-popped Popcorn.  Both snacks can be found at various locations in both theme parks.

I hope this information helps you better plan for your magical trip Michelle!
