    Can you enter Downtown Disney from the S Harbor Blvd entrance without a ticket?

    Hello, Traci!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I’m glad you stopped by with this Disneyland Resort question!

    Yes, you can access the Downtown Disney District from the Harbor Blvd. entrance to the resort. Simply head down the sidewalk lining Harbor Blvd. and continue until you reach the large sign for the Disneyland Resort. The path beneath it will lead you to a security checkpoint, which is just a few steps before the main entrance turnstiles of the two theme parks. Keep walking through the Esplanade between the theme parks and you’ll reach the Downtown Disney District shops and restaurants shortly.

    The time spent at the security checkpoints can vary depending on the time of day and how busy the resort is, but the lines usually move fairly quickly. To expedite the screening process, be sure to open any bag compartments or zippers and remove the item’s straps from your body before reaching the front of the line.
