Can I enter Disneyland Park through Downtown Disney?

Hello there, Denton. Thanks for taking the time to visit us on planDisney.

I’m delighted to see you’re planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth really soon. I bet you’re excited to return to a land of Magic

I’m happy to report that you can enter Disneyland Park through Downtown Disney District. From Downtown Disney District, you’ll reach the Esplanade. On one side you’ll find Disneyland Park, while Disney California Adventure Park is on the other side. The close proximity of the theme parks to Downtown Disney District makes it convenient to leave the park for a bit to enjoy the dining and retail options just outside. Park hopping is also pretty simple!

I hope this information is helpful for you, Denton. If you have more trip-planning questions for us, please don’t hesitate to write us again. We’re all EARS.

    See ya real soon,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
