Hi Sharon!
Visiting Walt Disney World Resort with your children is such a magical experience! From their first glimpse of Cinderella Castle to riding their favorite attractions, the memories you’ll create together will last a lifetime.
Let’s make sure your little ones’ tickets are correctly linked in your
My Disney Experience app so they’re ready to join in the fun!
If the tickets are currently all under your name, you’ll need to
reassign them to your children’s profiles. Here’s how:
Log in to the My Disney Experience App: Open the app on your device and log in to your account.
Navigate to Your Tickets: Tap the menu (≡) at the bottom right corner, then select “Tickets and Passes.” You’ll see all the tickets currently linked to your account.
Reassign Tickets:
Select the ticket you’d like to reassign.
Tap “Reassign Ticket” (this option will only appear for tickets that haven’t been activated yet).
Choose a profile to assign the ticket to.
Add Profiles for Your Kids (if they don’t already exist):
Tap “Add a Guest.”
You can either create a new profile for your child or import one if you’ve already managed their plans through another account.
Fill in their name and age.
Link the Ticket to Their Profile: Once their profiles are created, repeat the steps to assign each child their respective ticket.
Once the tickets are properly assigned, your kids will be ready to tap into the magic! With their tickets linked, you can also manage Lightning Lane reservations, dining plans, and more for them right from the app.
If you run into any hiccups, the Cast Members on the My Disney Experience Help Desk are just a phone call away and always ready to assist.
I hope you have the most magical time!
