How can I ensure we have a child's cot in our accommodation.

Welcome to planDisney, Alistair! Thanks for sharing your question, I'm happy to help out!

As a parent, I love traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels and every time, I appreciate the amenities for Guests to make a stay so much easier. The most noticeable one for me has to do with accommodations for the littlest Guests: a safe place for sleeping. I'm happy to share that many Disney Vacation Club Villas come with a complimentary Pack ‘n Play® playard or crib already in your room but it's strongly recommended to reach out to DVC Member Services by phone, chat or email to let them know you'd like one in your DVC Villa. They are first-come, first-served so it's good to have a note on your resort reservation so Housekeeping can have one in your room upon arrival.

When you visit the Parks, take a peek at the map on the My Disney Experience Mobile App and find where the Baby Care Center is located. Each theme park has a Baby Center that includes nursing rooms, changing tables, and a space to relax. This is also the place to head if you find yourself in need of more diapers, baby formula, or baby food (there is a small shop inside that is well-stocked).

Alistair, I wish you a wonderful trip to Walt Disney World Resort, your stay is just around the riverbend! If you have any other vacation planning questions, please come visit us again at planDisney

    See ya real soon,
