How can I ensure that i will get adjoining rooms,I have heard horror stories of people arriving to find their rooma are on opposite sides of resort from each other?

    Hi Troy!

Make sure that your request of adjoining rooms is FIRST on your room requests.  Also confirm this verbally during check-in, if it is not adjoining, they should be able to work with you then.

Another bit of information that helps is that adjoining rooms may NOT be near each other.  They would be in the same 'block' of rooms, but they may not (necessarily) be that close.  I've found that one way to make sure the rooms are nearby are to request connecting rooms.  But again, the number of connecting rooms is limited.

Remember room requests are not guaranteed, and they will generally grant requests if it is physically possible.

    Have a magical vacation!
