Would there be enough time to visit Magic Kingdom in one day, including a two hour break in between for lunch at our resort?

Hello Domenique and thanks for asking the Disney Parks Moms Panel such an interesting question about your upcoming visit to the most magical place on earth - Walt Disney World Resort!
The Magic Kingdom Park will forever be my most favourite place in the whole wide world and just 1 day spent there is never quite enough for me but I do think it's more than possible to enjoy a truly pixie dusted time in just a few precious hours within the realms of this ever-so enchanted spot.
My top tips for maximising your 1 day visit to the Magic Kingdom Park would be to ensure you make FastPass+ selections up to 60 days prior to stay for Guests staying in a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel or 30 days prior to visit for all other Guests plus to arrive early and perhaps catch Let the Magic Begin welcome show before heading off in an anti clockwise direction around the park.
I wonder if you may consider eating lunch within the Magic Kingdom Park which will save lots of pixie dusted time by not having to travel back & forth to your Resort Hotel.  My favourite Table Service dining location to recommend would be The Plaza Restaurant for it's elegance and charm not to mention the delicious all-you-care-to-enjoy hand dipped milkshakes!
Magical wishes to you Domenique and have a great Disney day.
