Ahoy there, Megan. Welcome back to planDisney! Thanks for taking the time to sail by planDisney again with another great question for us.
I’m so HAPPY for your upcoming sailing on the
Disney Wish next month! And I’m also excited that you’ll have the opportunity to indulge in the Prima Notte at Palo. You’ll get to savor several exquisite Italian wines perfectly paired with bite-sized delicacies.
I’m guessing you’re thinking of enjoying dinner in the main dining room prior to Prima Notte at
Palo. I love that for you, Megan! Early dining typically starts at 5:45 PM. Meal service in the main dining rooms are usually quite organized and timely. However, you will likely be enjoying your main course by the time you need to head to Palo Steakhouse. If you’re interested in taking your desserts to-go (and bring back to your stateroom prior to heading to Palo Steakhouse), you can let your dining room servers know when ordering. Just inform them that you have a reservation at 6:45 PM and still like to enjoy your meal in the main dining room. They’ll try their best to accommodate your request.
My husband and I have done the opposite, in that we typically have dinner during the second seating. We would choose an early dinner time at one of the adults-only dining venues while our children (when they were young teens) have dinner in the main dining room. After my husband and I finish our meals, we would head to the main dining room and join our children for desserts. Of course, we let our servers know ahead of time and they’re always very friendly and hospitable.
I wish you a magical sailing next month on the Disney Wish. As always, please don’t hesitate to drop by
planDisney again if you have more questions for us.
SEA ya real soon,
Kiki
