Enjoyed the pecan pie at epcots lecellier rest this past September any chance you can help me locate the recipe. I have checked Appears & the Disney site but no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi there MJ,

I just finished Thanksgiving Dinner, and the highlight of my entire meal was the huge serving of Pecan pie that topped off a fabulous evening!  I haven't had the chance to try the Pecan Pie at Le Cellier, because I never make it past the Chocolate "Moose" even though I always tell myself I'm gonna try something new!

So after a bit of searching, I was able to track down the Le Cellier Pecan Pie recipe on an unofficial fan site, DisneyDiner.com.  I'll go ahead copy it for you below, so you'll be eating that tasty, decadent dessert before ya know it!

    Le Cellier Maple Syrup

    Ingredients:

    - 1 Stick of Butter, Melted
-1 cup of REAL Maple Syrup
-1/2 c. Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
    -1/8 tsp. Salt
    -4 Eggs Lightly Beaten
    -1 1/4 c. Halved Pecans
-1 9 in. Pie Shell, Unbaked
-Whipped Cream or Ice Cream for Topping

    Directions:

    Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

Blend together butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, and salt. Stir in eggs one at a time until well blended. Mix in Pecan halves. Pour into the unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until firm. Let cool completely and top with a dollop of whip creamer a scoop of ice cream.

Hope this helps!  Please let me know if I can be of further assistance!  Now excuse me while I go and gobble down some more Pecan Pie :).

    Best Wishes,

    Amanda F.
