    Hello! We very much enjoyed our Disney Dream cruise last week. I pre-paid an Unlimited Photos Package prior to my trip and see my pictures on the website. The photos still have the watermark and I can not figure it out how to download them. Please help!

    I am so glad you had a magical cruise on the Disney Dream! What a beautiful ship! Hopefully you will be able to join Captains Mickey and Minnie on another voyage real soon. 

    During your cruise, I am sure you got some amazing photos! I am not sure why the watermark is showing up, so my best tech advice is to log out of everything, re-sign in on DisneyCruise.com, and go to "My Cruise Photos" under the "Already Booked" tab. Check to see if there is any resolution to your problem. You may also want to read through the FAQ section for some photo tips. 

    If nothing is working, please reach out by phone to Disney Cruise, or send an email with "Cruise Photos" in the subject line. I am sorry that response times are longer than usual right now with Fall 2023 itineraries being released and also with the Disney Wish joining the fleet. However, someone will be able to help you with your cruise photos.
