Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    Want an enjoyable and delicious breakfast on Mothers Day at a resort. No characters needed, we have done 1900 Park, Ohana, Chef Mickeys and Cape May. Have never done Boma or Whispering Canyon for breakfast but have for dinner. Suggestions?

    I can't think of a better place than the Walt Disney World Resort to spend a beautiful Mother's Day.  How exciting!  I just love, love, enjoying breakfast at Boma - Flavors of Africa.  It is easily one of my favorite dining experiences.  The buffet's menu selections are absolutely superb.  Even the drink selections are amazing.  You have to try the "Jungle Juice," which is a blend of passion fruit, guava, and orange juice.  I can't get enough of it's deliciousness.  If coffee is your morning beverage of choice, the Press Pot with Kenyan Coffee is also fantastic.  After breakfast, I love to stroll around and take in the beautiful Savannah views.
