Can we enjoy the pool at Disneys Grand Californian on the day of checkin before checkin? We are booked in July !!!

    Hey Sheila!

    Welcome to planDisney

I can tell you’re really excited for your trip to the Disneyland Resort! You’ve picked my favorite hotel at the Happiest Place on Earth and you’re sure to have an amazing stay! I love the craftsman style elegance throughout the hotel and all of the fun designs and hidden Mickeys in the décor and carpet! Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa has some of the most amazing food on property that you won’t want to miss!

I am really happy to hear that you’ve carved out some time for the Fountain, Redwood and Mariposa Pools at the hotel. When staying at a Disney Hotel, you can enjoy the amenities starting the day you check in and also on the day you check out. So if you get to the resort and your room isn’t ready, you can still enjoy the pool when you get there. Make sure you still check in first upon arrival or go to the front desk to pick up your key card if you checked in online. You'll need your key card to access the pool area and other parts of the hotel.

Well Sheila, You’ll be relaxing by the pool in no time!

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
