I enjoy this panel so much--thanks for all you do! I will be in Disney June10-17. I am planning on visiting Boma on the day I go to AK. My ? is would it be better to eat b-fast there before going to the park, or plan for a dinner after a day at the park

    Hi Nicole,

Boma is my favorite of the buffet-style restaurants at Disney.  An all-you-care-to-eat buffet is available at both breakfast and dinner as you mentioned.  The reason its my favorite is that at dinner, they offer an amazing selection of African-inspired breads, salads, stews and entrees (ooh, and, of course, dessert!).  Don't get nervous, I have a house full of picky-eaters, and there is plenty to choose from no matter where your taste buds fall on the "adventurous continuum".    There is also a very "typical" kids buffet with standards like chicken tenders, fries, etc.

Breakfast at Boma is great too, but the choices are more standard breakfast items (omelets, pastries, etc.)

If you wanted to branch out and try a truly unusual and delicious meal, I'd vote for dinner on your way back from Animal Kingdom.  You might want to have a cocktail at Victoria Falls, it's a great lounge that overlooks Boma.

    Have a great experience!
