Hi Robyn!
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for sending this Disneyland Resort question to us hEAR!
Oh dear, I'm so sorry that you're having a bit of ticket trouble, Robyn! I am a last-minute planner myself, and luckily Mickey also understands that things come up. Rest assured that wholly unused tickets do retain their value, and the amount you paid for them can be applied to future theme park admission ticket purchases. Your best bet when you'd like to rebook your visit to Mickey's original house is to reach out to the helpful Cast Members at the
Disneyland Resort ticket helpline. Their phone number is (714) 781-4636. They'll be able to switch out your old tickets for new ones as well as assist in upgrading the special
Southern California Resident promotional tickets into whatever kind of promotional or regular
theme park admission tickets are for sale at the time of your call.
Pro Tip: While these Cast Members should have no problem finding your ticket information as it's tied back to your
My Disneyland Account, I always like to have reassurance after backup reassurance, so I document everything. Be sure to save your email confirmations of not only your initial ticket purchase but your
Park Pass Reservation confirmations too as they could also help pull up your tickets if needed. I even take and save screenshots of my tickets when they're loaded into my
Disneyland Mobile App just in case there's a chance my email address may change in the future.
I hope that this helped to clEAR your question up, Robyn! Be sure to follow the
official planDisney Instagram account for even more cool tips and tricks. We even just launched the
brand new planDisney Podcast! And if you have any more Disneyland Resort questions, We're All Ears!
