We are ending our trip with a stay at the Galactic Starcruiser. Our flight home isn't until 5 PM. We planned to spend the day at Disney Springs. The cast member I spoke to said we could store our luggage at Guest Services at Disney Springs. Can we?

Hi Sabrina, and welcome to planDisney!

What a way to end a Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Also, how amazing is it that you will be topping off your vacation with a voyage on the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser! From what I have seen of this 2-night immersive adventure, I know I will be on board sooner rather than later.

Because the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser is such an immersive experience, you will not be able to store your luggage after your voyage; however, I made a call to get the most accurate information regarding storing your luggage at Disney Springs. While on the call, the cast member informed me that, unfortunately, there is nowhere to store your luggage while at Disney Springs.

It may or may not be feasible, but an alternative to storing your luggage would be to appoint someone in your party to watch the luggage in an agreed-upon location and then swap places periodically so everyone can explore. Centralized locations like the AdventHealth Waterside Stage might be a good place to set up shop, for example. While I did not have luggage, I have sat in this area while enjoying an iced coffee and guarded our shopping bags while the rest of my family ventured off to where they wanted to go. I am sorry I did not have better news for you; I hope this helps.

Please let us know if you have additional questions before arriving at Walt Disney World Resort; we are here to help.

    Have a magical adventure!
