    I have ended up with two "My Disney" Accounts. I want to delete one of them as it is linked to an old email address. How do I completely delete an account?

    Thank you for stopping by with an excellent question! In preparation for an upcoming visit, I had to recently delete an account that was linked to my mother’s old e-mail address. Here are the steps you need to follow to delete your Disney account:

    - Visit Communication Choices on The Walt Disney Company Privacy website.

    - Select "Disney, ESPN, ABC, Marvel and Star Wars accounts" and log in to the Disney account you wish to delete.

    - Scroll down to the bottom and select "Delete Account".

    The account will be permanently deleted 14 days after your request, but you can reactivate it any time before the deadline. If you have forgotten the password of the account you wish to delete, select "Need help signing in?" and a one-time passcode will be sent to the email address associated with the account.
