The Tomorrowland Terrance, Tortuga Tavern, and the Diamond Horseshoe are typically used as as addition dining options for when the Magic Kingdom is handling capacity crowds during the Holiday Seasons or other busy times in Walt Disney World. Opening these restaurants gives guests some more dining choices. These three restaurants probably will probably not be open when you are on vacation at the end of January 2012 because this is typically a low crowd period of time at Walt Disney World.
