Hiya, Casey Ruth!
Welcome to planDisney, you lucky Magic Key holder! Thanks so much for your question. I'm all about doing everything I can to streamline my race to the parks, so I totally get where you are coming from.
Start your engine, because you're correct that
Enchant Key holders currently get a 25% parking discount at the
Toy Story Parking Area (excluding blockout dates). I chatted with a helpful Cast Member this morning (Hi, Tony!) and he let me know that to use your discount you'll need to pay for parking and show your Magic Key when you arrive at the Toy Story Parking Area. I know that might feel like a bit of a speed bump, but don't worry! Parking opens one hour before the earliest theme park opening time, so you can arrive early and hopefully have a quick pit stop to enter the parking area.
To make sure you can drive with the confidence of Lightning McQueen, here are some
helpful driving directions for the Disneyland Resort. There's a great link on that page that takes you right to a map for the Toy Story Parking Area so you can navigate with ease!
Don't forget to put your other
Magic Key discounts to work in the parks and keep an eye out for exclusive deals! It's a good idea to follow the official
Magic Key Instagram account so you don't miss anything exciting. Right now there's a special extra for Magic Key holders at the Hyperion Theater in Disney California Adventure Park! From March 11-14 and March 18-21 Magic Key holders can meet some characters (some of them are pretty rare!) and pick up a complimentary magnet, while supplies last. So fun!
I hope your drive to the resort is as smooth as cruising through Radiator Springs, Casey Ruth!
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
