Ahoy there, Lisa! Welcome aboard planDisney! Thanks for pulling alongside with your question!
Ah, Encanto! What an amazing addition to the Walt Disney Animation family! I don't know about you, but I haven't been able to get the songs out of my head since the very first time I watched it. And not JUST "We Don't Talk About Bruno..." That said, if we WERE to talk about Bruno, I agree it would be a really amazing thing to see him, Mirabel, and all of "The Family Madrigal" on the
Disney Magic!
Since this is the first time I've been asked this question, I pulled into port to ask a crew member if they knew of any magic doors that might be appearing on the Disney Magic this summer. Unfortunately, as February 2022, there doesn't seem to be a plan for these characters to leave their Casita at this time to join us all on the high seas. Now, a lot can change between now and July, so you never know what might be on the horizon!
While you may not be able to see your favorites from Encanto, information about current opportunities to see Disney Characters onboard the ships can be found on the website by navigating to the "Our Ships" menu and clicking on "
Character Experiences!" From
meet-and-greets to Character Breakfast, there's no shortage of opportunities to make magical memories!
When you board the ship this summer, you can also check your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app for specific appearance information and schedules for your itinerary! Oh, and be sure to keep an eye out while you're moving about the ship for some impromptu encounters: there's no telling if and when they'll happen, but we've been surprised on more than one occasion by a certain charismatic Pirate Captain - usually on Deck 4...
I can't wait for you and your crew to set sail this summer, Lisa, and I hope that your planning continues to go swimmingly. Thank you for your question, and if any additional as you continue your preparation, please come back and see us here at planDisney.
And now, as Mirabel says, "Yo, I’ve said too much and thank you but I really gotta go!"
