Are emotional support animals (dog) allowed in for A Touch of Disney?

    Hello, Andrea!

Welcome to planDisney! We are THRILLED you stopped by, and we are very excited to answer your question regarding your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort!

This is a really great question! I had to dust off my investigative skills, but I did find some information for you about the use of emotional support dogs at the Disneyland Resort. Mickey Mouse and his pals absolutely value Guests with disabilities and welcome service animals at most locations around the Disneyland Resort. A service animal is defined as the following:

    *  "any dog or miniature horse trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability."

After doing some more research, I found this in the Disneyland Park Rules and Regulations:

    * "All other animals, including emotional support, comfort, or companion animals, are not considered service animals."

Based on this information, emotional support dogs are not allowed on the Disneyland Resort property at this time. If you have other questions about anything, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
