    I know the family have also recently returned from a fantastic two week stay at Walt Disney World. So what do you do when you get back home? Start planning your next trip of course!

    The answer to your question really depends on how you want to book your next holiday.

    1/ Book directly with Disney via the US version of the Walt Disney World website
    You can book a room-only reservation 499 days in advance, vacation packages on the other hand, are usually based on the calendar year and are currently only available for travel in 2012. Historically the packages are released sometime in the late summer or early autumn for the following year.

    2/ Book with The Walt Disney Travel Company via the UK version of the Walt Disney World website
    At this moment in time, bookings are only available for travel in 2012. As above, 2013 bookings are likely to be available in late summer or early autumn 2012.

    For flight inclusive holidays, the deposit amount required on bookings is £150.00 per person including children. For hotel and hotel and ticket packages the deposit amount is £50.00 per person including children. Deposit payment is made by debit or credit card when you book.

    For flight inclusive bookings the full balance is required 10 weeks/70 days before departure. For hotel and ticket only bookings the full balance is required 8 weeks before departure. 

    You can pay your balance off in instalments as and when you wish between the date of booking and the date that the full balance is due. This can be done by debit or credit card over the telephone by calling their Disney Experts on 0870 24 24 900 or alternatively you can do this on-line by clicking on the Manage My Booking link.
