Hi Emma. I have the WDW reservation number from my UK travel agent that you need to get your reservation up on the U.S WDW website and at first it worked. However, now it is saying 'not in the system', who should I call to sort this? Which number? Thanks

    Hi Elizabeth,

This situation is not something that I have encountered myself and I am so sorry to hear that you are experiencing these problems.

The last US confirmation number which I received was an eight digit reference which was made up of three letters followed by five numerical digits. When I entered this number into the 'My Reservations' section of the US version of the Walt Disney World website, it retrieved my accommodation booking.

I would suggest that before doing anything else, you clear all of the history and cookies from your PC. Once you have done this, log in to the Walt Disney World website and then click on the 'Select an International Version' box at the bottom of the Walt Disney World website and select USA: English. Then click on 'My Reservations' at the top of the page which is located underneath 'PLACES TO STAY'. From here, click on 'Retrieve Reservations' at the right hand side of the page. You will then need to select which type of reservation that you wish to look up which in your case will be a Package/Room Reservation, and where it asks 'How did you book your stay?' select 'Through a Travel Professional' and enter your eight digit US confirmation reference.

This SHOULD then bring up your accommodation booking.

If you are still having difficulties, I would recommend that you contact your UK Travel Agent to check that the US confirmation number that they have provided is correct and if it is, I would suggest calling the Technical Support Desk on 001 407 939 7765. (In order to make an economical telephone call from the UK, you can either use Skype or call 08448-610-610 and when prompted enter the US telephone number which in this case is 407-939-8687. Calls will cost approximately 1p per minute which is obviously much cheaper than making a normal international call)

Wishing you a magical trip filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
