    Emma unfortunately, when I retrieve my reservations all I get are the ADRs and no matter what reference I use I cannot retrieve the accommodation details with this ref on the US site, I can bring it up on the UK site with the no. in the confirmation email.

    I am so sorry that you are experiencing these problems!

    I myself currently have an accommodation only booking with the Walt Disney Travel Company in the UK for an upcoming trip.

    The booking reference which I received from them is made up of six numerical digits. When I enter this booking reference and the lead passenger surname into the 'Manage My Booking' section of the UK version of the Walt Disney World website,  it brings up my booking.

    When I rang them to request my US confirmation number, I was given an eight digit reference which was made up of three letters followed by five numerical digits. When I enter this number into the 'My Reservations' section of the US version of the Walt Disney World website, it retrieves my accommodation booking.

    First of all, make sure that you are logged in and have clicked on the 'Select an International Version' box at the bottom of the Walt Disney World website and selected USA: English. Then click on 'My Reservations' at the top of the page which is located underneath 'PLACES TO STAY'. From here, click on 'Retrieve Reservations' at the right hand side of the page. You will then need to select which type of reservation that you wish to look up which in your case will be a Package/Room Reservation, and where it asks 'How did you book your stay?' select 'Through a Travel Professional' and enter your eight digit US confirmation reference.

    This SHOULD then bring up your accommodation booking.
