Hi Emily! As a young child, I used to watch Walt Disney talking about DL on TV, and now I'm finally getting to visit myself early in December. Since I'm from Canada, I'm hoping to find free wifi to use. Is it available in the parks? Many thanks.

    Hi Marilea!

Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I sure hope you are having a magical week!

While there is no all over wi-fi in the parks, there are some spots where you can get a signal. In Downtown Disney, Starbucks offers free wi-fi, as well as all of the Disneyland Resort Hotels. I believe you can also get a signal in or near City Hall in Disneyland Park. Over in Disney's California Adventure Park, before the World of Color show, you can connect to wireless network named PierGames. This special Wi-Fi network is available in the World of Color viewing area to use the Fun Wheel Challenge while waiting for the show to begin.

As for the Disneyland Resort Hotel wi-fi, you do not need to be staying at that hotel to use the free wi-fi in the common areas, such as the lobby. Most of the Good Neighbor Hotels will also offer free wi-fi if you are not staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel.

I hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions as you plan your visit!

    See you real soon!
