    How does the 8:30 -10:30 EMH work for HS? If we want to ride ROTR, do we need a boarding group after 8:30 pm? Or do we still need to get to HS for park opening to join a boarding group?

    Hi Alexandra!

    I am a fan of the Extra Magic Hours benefit for Disney Resort hotel guests at Walt Disney World Resort! Just the thought of experiencing some of the attractions with less wait is appealing to my family and me.

    The Extra Magic Hours at Disney's Hollywood Studios do not currently include Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance; however, it does include the Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run. To experience the Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance attraction, I recommend arriving before the scheduled opening for the day, secure your boarding pass, and when you get the notification, hop in line. After that, you can leave the theme park and then return that evening for the Extra Magic Hours. I hope this helps.
