An emergency cut our trip short earlier this month. Our room key cards still contain UNUSED park hopper passes in them since we never visited any of the parks. We lost one card. Will Disney replace this card? We are booked to go back in December.

I am so sorry to hear that your trip was cut short, Gerri.  That's not magical at all!

I wish I could give you a cut and dry answer as to whether or not Disney will replace your lost Key to The World card.  During one of our trips my husband lost his Key To the World card.  As soon as we realized it, we went to the concierge at the resort where we were dining and they were indeed able to issue us a new card right there on the spot.  It did require a call to our home resort first, though.  Because your trip has come and gone, your situation may be different.  If it were me, I would start by calling the resort where I stayed during that trip and explaining the situation.  The Cast Member you speak with should be able to direct you as to how best to proceed in trying to get your lost card replaced.

Good luck, Gerri.  I hope that everything works out for you.

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
