Welcome to planDisney Erica!
When the party starts on a Disney Cruise, it starts for all passengers at the same port. All guests who plan to sail must board the ship at the designated port. Each guest must check in at the departure port following health and safety protocols and have required identification.
If the travel date planned no longer works for your travel party, perhaps
changing cruises would be a solution. Take a peek at
available cruises to see if there is a travel date that your entire crew can agree on! To change the dates of your voyage,
call a friendly Disney Cruise Line agent who can assist in any changes. Depending on how far out you are from your current cruise and date changes, there may be additional costs incurred.
But, let's hope it is smooth sailing and everyone can board! First stops when you get on the ship include Cabanas for a lovely brunch buffet, a visit to the
Senses Spa & Salon for a tour and making any desired appointments, and drop off your carry-on bags in your stateroom. Then it is time to put on your dancing shoes as you head up to the pool deck for a
Sailing Away Deck Party! My kids usually have their swimsuits on before we can say "Bon Voyage" and they are off to take a dip in the pools.
Before leaving home for your cruise, please read through all the very important information in
Know Before You Go. This pre-cruise checklist will detail the boarding procedures and needed Covid testing. The better prepared, the quicker you will be on your ship waving "HI" to Captain Mickey!
I hope to SEA you sailing real soon!
