My Disney Experience app, sometimes this process can be a little inconsistent. I will be happy to help give you some options to address this situation.
Sarah, the first thing that I would do is to try and go online to your
My Disney Experience account and try the steps again to link your reservation. Once you get online and log into your account, towards the top you should see several icons one being "Resort Hotel" you will roll your cursor over. Once you highlight this icon, you should see some options come up, one being a button to "Link Reservation". Go through the steps and try to link your reservation again with the confirmation number sent to you by your travel agent. I have found several times that the online site works more consistently than the app with things like this, so that is where I would start.
The next thing you can do, if you are getting errors in the setup, is to log out of your account and the app and log back in. It still surprises me how often this still does work to reset your account and get your information pulled up!
If you are unable to link your reservations with either your online account or through the app, the next step is to reach out to your travel agent. I would make sure to double-check the confirmation numbers. At times, you might find that your travel agent will send a couple of things your way. The confirmation number with their company as well as the confirmation number from Walt Disney World Resort. They can help sort things out to get the right one you need.
The last step would be to
give Disney a ring. You can call them at 0800 16 90 749 and a Cast Member will be happy to help you walk through these steps.
