Hi Jean,
Thanks for taking the time to stop by planDisney. I’m sorry to hear about your sudden medical issue. In general,
Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are non-refundable. You may cancel your
theme park reservations if you are unable to visit due to unexpected matters; however, rest assured that your non-promotional theme park tickets are valid until their expiration date. If you recently purchased your theme park tickets (after the shutdown from pandemic), they are good through December 30, 2022 (for one-day tickets) or January 12, 2023 (for multi-day tickets or within 13 days of first use, whichever occurs first). For the current California Resident Offer, tickets expire September 30, 2021.
You can reschedule your visit to the
Happiest Place on Earth at a later time that better suits you, when medically safe to do so. If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to
write us again.
Have a magical day,
Kiki
