I have emailed a cancellation request due to a sudden medical issue 11 days before my venue . I tried to reach you by phone or email but no answer . Please indicate procedure to follow.

    Hi Jean,

Thanks for taking the time to stop by planDisney. I’m sorry to hear about your sudden medical issue. In general, Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are non-refundable. You may cancel your theme park reservations if you are unable to visit due to unexpected matters; however, rest assured that your non-promotional theme park tickets are valid until their expiration date. If you recently purchased your theme park tickets (after the shutdown from pandemic), they are good through December 30, 2022 (for one-day tickets) or January 12, 2023 (for multi-day tickets or within 13 days of first use, whichever occurs first). For the current California Resident Offer, tickets expire September 30, 2021.

You can reschedule your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth at a later time that better suits you, when medically safe to do so. If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to write us again.

    Have a magical day,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
