It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jessica!
I love technology and I really think it makes our lives easier in a million different ways but sometimes it doesn't work the way we expect it to, right? You mentioned that you called and spoke to a Cast Member to give them your email so I hope they were able to solve it for you, but here are a few of my suggestions in case you're still looking for an email confirming your ticket purchase. It's possible that the confirmation email was sent to a folder in your email that you don't normally check, so I recommend that you open up your email server and search for both "Walt Disney World Reservations" and "Disney Destinations" and see if your information pops up. You mentioned that you did provide a Cast Member with your email address, so I would also check your
My Disney Experience account to see if your admission has already been linked up. If it has, you don't need the barcode in the email to get in because you can just use your
MagicBand!
If you've checked both your email and your
My Disney Experience app and your tickets aren't there and you don't have the confirmation number, then I suggest that you
call the Existing Tickets hotline so a Cast Member can help you figure it all out. That way, you can make sure that your tickets are all linked up and ready to use so you don't run into any delays at the entrance gate on your first day!
I hope this answers your question, Jessica, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
Jessica
