    We have an email that has a QR code for the tickets but no actual tickets. I can't link the tickets to my account using the QR code and with no tickets there is no barcode or number we can use to link. Advice?

    Brian, if you have received your QR code(s) then you’re all set with your Disneyland Resort – Theme Park Reservations, as this is verification that your valid Disneyland Resort theme park tickets have been used to secure a Disneyland Resort – Theme Park Reservation. It also means that your theme park tickets are linked to your Disney account, which you can access by opening your Disneyland Mobile App. This is how you can also retrieve your theme park tickets to gain entry into your first, reserved Disneyland Resort theme park. It’s a good idea to save the QR code(s) to your mobile device files, print it out, or have the email flagged and handy to present the QR code(s) in the event you are asked to present the QR code(s). If you have any further questions please contact Disneyland Resort – Tickets.

    Tips:
    Now would be a good time to update your Disneyland Mobile App Payment Method, which you could access via the Home Page by tapping on the three stacked lines on the bottom right. On My Profile, scroll down to Payment Method and add up to 6 payment methods which will enable any app transactions such as securing your Disney Genie+ service, enjoying Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering among other vacation essentials.
