Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, I can offer a few ways that you can reach out to a Cast Member to note any special requests or to answer specific questions before your arrival.
If you haven't already completed
Online Check-In, I'd encourage you to do that as well! This simple process will save some time at the Front Desk by collecting important information regarding your estimated arrival time, room requests, and the credit card you'd like to have on file for your room. Using Online Check-In will also allow you to use
Disney's Direct-To-Room Service. If you opt into text messaging, you'll receive a message when your room is ready and can use either the
Unlock Door feature in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App or a
MagicBand+ to head straight to your room. Arriving early? Hakuna Matata! You can leave your luggage with
Bell Services and head straight to the parks or your resort pool to start your vacation!
