I recently returned from a vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort a couple of weeks ago. I also had a Disney Dining Plan, and it was canceled due to this option currently being placed on pause. Since my Disney Dining Plan was canceled, I received a refund reflecting the amount I paid, and this credit was placed back to the credit card I used to purchase it. I recommend checking your credit card statement and if you do not see it, then give the Walt Disney World Resort a “
phone call” to verify that this transaction was processed. This amount will not be applied to your vacation as a credit. I have placed a link above in the words “phone call” in case you need the number.
There is so much excitement in the air at the Walt Disney World Resort since it reopened to guests! They have implemented a few changes for the safety of all guests. I recommend reading through the “
Know before you go” site to be familiar will all the changes. You will also be strongly encouraged to use the
Mobile Food Order option on your My Disney Experience at every quick-service location. I recommend familiarizing yourself with the
restaurants that have reopened and the menus. By doing this, you will be prepared and enjoy your vacation even more.
