Hiya, Allison! Welcome to planDisney!
Thanks for sharing your question with us. There isn’t a direct email address for Walt Disney World Guest Relations, but there are several other ways you can get in contact with a friendly and helpful Cast Member. Let’s take a look at your options.
The Help Center form is the closest option to an email, which you can find
here. Just select a category and subcategory for your question, type your question in the text box (there’s a 2,000-character limit), and hit send. Response times vary, but a Cast Member will respond as quickly as possible. You can also call to speak with a Cast Member on one of the many Walt Disney World help lines. You can find all the different phone numbers
here.
If you find yourself needing to speak with Guest Relations while visiting Walt Disney World, there are
Guest Relations locations at each theme park and water park. You can find the nearest location by using the map in the My Disney Experience mobile app. When viewing the map, scroll through the filter options at the top of the screen until you see the “Guest Services” icon (a lower-case “I” inside a circle), and tap the icon to select the filter. Your map will then display all the guest services locations nearby.
Allison, as you get ready for your next Walt Disney World adventure, make sure you check out the Disney Parks Blog for all the Disney Parks news and updates you need. They just posted an overview of all the
events, deals, and fun coming to Walt Disney World this summer, including the return of the water park perk for Disney Resorts Collection hotel guests. Woo hoo!
I hope this information is helpful. Pop back if you have any other trip planning questions. Your planDisney pals are here to help!
Magical travels!
Matt
