Hi there, Andres!
Thanks for sending your
Disneyland Resort question to
planDisney as you get ready to explore the theme parks at the Happiest Place on Earth. Your pixie-dusted visit is coming up soon, so I hope you’re getting excited for all the magic that’s just around the corner!
If you received a confirmation email with your theme park reservation details, including the park reservation date and the theme park you plan to visit (or the starting park if it is a Park Hopper ticket), you should be good to go! However, you can verify your theme park reservations by logging into your account on
Disneyland.com and selecting “Theme Park Reservations” under the “My Disneyland” tab. Choose the “Make or Modify Park Reservations” link. If you'd like to see your plans on the
Disneyland mobile app, you can find them by tapping the "☰" icon at the bottom right corner to open the main menu. Scroll down to "Future Plans" in the list of options and the next screen should display your
theme park reservations.
You can see your
theme park tickets in the app by tapping the "☰" icon and choosing "My Tickets and Passes" near the top right of your screen. If you still need to link your tickets, tap the "+" near the top right and then "Link Tickets & Passes" to either scan a ticket barcode with your smartphone’s camera or type in the ticket ID number. If you have any trouble, please feel free to call the ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to speak directly with a Cast Member who can provide assistance.
I hope this answers your question, Andres, and that your vacation is a dream come true! Don’t hesitate to
write back with more questions as you put the finishing touches on your trip.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
