Hello Samantha,
As the current
UK-based planDisney Panelist, it's my absolute pleasure to welcome you here today to our pixie-dusted spot!
My own dear family are all such huge fans of
Memory Maker because it's simply supercalifragilisticexpialidocious for ensuring that each Mouseketeer is included in every one of all the magical photos taken by
Disney PhotoPass Service Photographers during our jolly holidays at Walt Disney World Resort!
There really is nothing better than looking back at all the magical memories created and captured with Memory Maker. However, I do understand that sometimes photos can be a little tricky to locate within
My Disney Experience, therefore it's always good to know that Cast Members can be contacted via this easy-to-access online
Contact Disney PhotoPass Service form.Samantha, it might be useful to know that as per the current
Memory Maker Terms and Conditions, all Disney PhotoPass photos, Disney dining photos, Attraction photos, and any other digital content in your Memory Maker account will expire 45 days from the date the photo was taken.
However, if you so wish, it's always possible to extend the expiration date to 60 days from the date the photo was taken by purchasing an expiration extension. After purchasing the Memory Maker extension, any remaining photos in your My Disney Experience account as of the day the expiration extension is purchased will expire 60 days from the date the photo was taken - instead of the usual 45 days.
Please be aware that expiration dates of photos may only be extended once, and that at present, Disney doesn't offer Guests any options for permanently storing digital media or photographs taken at Walt Disney World Resort.
Samantha, I hope I've been able to provide the bibbidi-bobbidi-boo answer you were looking for today! Please don't hesitate to pop back to
me here at planDisney if you should have any additional, or follow-up questions for me.
Have a great Disney day ~
Jane
