    Thanks for stopping by planDisney today with such a great question for us to help you with.

    Karen, I'm more than happy to share that all communications from Guests are warmly received by Cast Members at Walt Disney World Resort!  After all, Mickey really does love to hEAR from all his pals, past, present, and future.

    Although I don't have a direct email to share for the Guest Experience Team at Guest Relations at Walt Disney World Resort.  I am able to say that at this time, Guests are able to email Cast Members at Walt Disney World Resort via this handy online email form. 

    Or if you would prefer, it's always possible to speak in person with a helpful Cast Member by dialling the corresponding number contained within this Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.

    Another great way to communicate with Cast Members is via the Walt Disney World Resort social media accounts  - 

     - Walt Disney World - Twitter account
     - Walt Disney World - Instagram account

    And lastly, Guests are able to chat with Cast Members via the My Disney Experience Mobile App.  Simply log into the app on your smart device, select the 3 lined icon in the lower right corner of your screen, this opens a new page where you can scroll down and select Chat With Us feature to be connected to a Cast Member.
