Disneyland Resort phone directory, where you can find specific phone numbers for help with tickets, hotel reservations, merchandise, and other topics. Calling is usually faster, but I also understand sometimes it's helpful to have an answer in an email for future reference!
I'd also try searching for your issue in the
Help Center, there's a lot of information in there that is really helpful. I have definitely found myself requesting
Technical Help or checking out the
Frequently Asked Questions section for tips on the Disneyland Mobile App! You can also use the Disneyland Mobile App to chat with a Cast Member and ask them a question. Just tap the "☰" and scroll down in the app to choose "Chat with Us" to get started.
