My email account has changed since last time I used MyDisney Exp.I created a new Disney account with my new email. Is there a way to get my info that is attached my previous my Disney experience account transferred to my new one or do I need to start over?

Hi Terri and welcome to planDisney!

I had something similar happen a few years ago where I needed to merge accounts, but mine was because of a glitch in the Disney system.  It was somewhat complicated, but they were able to get it done and I've been smooth sailing ever since.  You will need to speak to a friendly Cast Member for Website Support to see if you'll be able to transfer your old account information to your new one.  They are great with solving problems, so fingers crossed that it's an easy fix for you.

Terri, I see that you're a Florida resident.  There are so many great ticket perks currently for Florida residents visiting Walt Disney World.  If you aren't a Passholder already, I recommend checking out the annual pass options available.  Currently, the Disney Pixie Dust Pass is available for purchase and being a Florida resident opens the option for monthly payments, which makes purchasing an annual pass easier by breaking up the payments over a year.  Passholder entitlements include complimentary theme park parking and discounts on select restaurants and merchandise.  There is also the option to add the Water Park and Sports Option to your annual pass, which gives you a year to play at Disney's Blizzard Beach or Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, plus a round of golf (every day if you would like!) at any of the miniature golf courses.  We love to take a break in the summer and hit the water parks to cool off.  This pass is only valid Monday to Friday and has blockout dates, so this might not be beneficial for you and your family.  There are also great discounts for Florida residents on multi-day tickets as well that include weekends.

I also see that you'll be visiting in May!  May is such a great time of year, especially for EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival.  We just visited last weekend and loved seeing all of our favorite characters as beautiful topiaries and sampling the delicious food around the world in the outdoor kitchens.

Please stop back by and visit if you have any additional vacation planning questions.

    Have a magical day!
