Hi Gay!
Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.
Walt Disney World Resort's
Festival of Fantasy Parade, featured daily at Magic Kingdom Park, is absolutely a "can't miss" performance for me and my family. The parade floats are gorgeous, and the costumes are unbelievably beautiful. All of our favorite Disney Characters take part, and it's simply amazing! My favorite parade float is probably the Tangled float, carrying Rapunzel and Flynn Ryder. Rapunzel's golden hair weaves throughout the giant float, and Flynn Ryder swings from a massive pendulum, giving his "smolder" look to all the fair maidens in the crowd!
You should have no issues seeing Queen Elsa and Princess Anna in the parade, no matter which side of the street you choose. The section of the Princess Garden float that they are on is a spinning platform, which will rotate around as it makes it way down the parade route. Guests on both sides of the street are guaranteed a great view of the sisters from Arendelle!
My favorite spots to watch the Festival of Fantasy parade are in front of the
Country Bear Jamboree in Frontierland (because I can sit in the shade!), or in Liberty Square, on the same side as
The Hall of Presidents, because the snack stand on that side,
Liberty Square Market, has amazing chilled dill pickles we like to enjoy during the parade!
I hope this helps with your planning - enjoy the parade! - Diane W.
