Welcome Chloe!
It's always a treat to answer questions for Guests traveling to Walt Disney World Resort from "across the pond." Like many of my British friends, I simply must have access to a good cup of tea to start my day. And, of course, you need a tea kettle to make that happen. Right?
The two-bedroom villas at
Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa do not have tea kettles among the kitchen supplies, but fear not! The housekeeping staff do keep a number of tea kettles on hand for guests who wish to have one at their disposal. You can request that one be delivered to your room upon check-in or when you reach your room you can call Housekeeping from your room phone to make the request. The tea kettle that will be delivered is not electric. It is the type that you fill with water and then warm on your stovetop.
By the way, if you're interested in having a lovely formal tea experience during your vacation, consider making a reservation for
Afternoon Tea at the Garden View Tea Room on the first floor of
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Seating is limited so you'll want to
make online reservations as close to 180 days in advance of your trip as possible. I have experienced tea there three times and it truly is a delightful experience.
If you're looking for a nice variety of teas you can make back at your guest room, stop by
The Tea Caddy in the United Kingdom pavilion of Epcot.
Wishing you many magical memories,
Jill
