    Hi, our eldest daughter's 13th is on 17th August, 2014. Any ideas what we could do/where we could take her. Also, any nice (non character) restaurants you could recommend that will make her birthday meal special? Many thanks,

    How wonderful that you are already planning your trip to Walt Disney World! I'm sure your daughter is going to have a fabulous birthday anywhere you take her. One of my favorite places to dine is at California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort. The restaurant is on the very top floor and has excellent views of Bay Lake and Magic Kingdom. There is an observation deck just outside of the restaurant which is ideal for watching Wishes! They will even pipe in the music for you to enjoy! I think it would be a really special experience for your daughter an the rest of the family! Make sure to call ahead and order a specialty cake to make the diner even more special!
