If we have an elderly guest that would like to travel with us but hang out in the resort room, do we have to purchase park tickets?

    Hello, Stephanie!

We often travel with my parents, and they love to spend time hanging out at our Walt Disney World Resort. No theme park tickets required for enjoying amenities from your resort room!

Recently we stayed at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge.  My mom's mobility issues prevent her from visiting theme parks each day. From her resort room, she was able order a yummy lunch from Room Service, read about the various wildlife roaming the property and watch a few movies!

I hope this answers your question.  Thank you for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel!
