Ahoy there Jane! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thanks for stopping in to clarify your question. I will do my best to assist you.
It looks like you have a fantastic adventure to the Most Magical Place on Earth planned! October is the perfect time for a stay at an
EPCOT area resort. I hope you schedule some time to savor the culinary delights of the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival; it's one of my favorite seasonal events at Walt Disney World. Remember that you can use snack credits from your dining plan to sample many items from the festival booths. Let the purple snack credit icon be your guide to eligible offerings.
The
Disney Deluxe Dining Plan includes 3 meals per night of your stay, which can be used in any combination of table-service and quick-service dining. If you are looking to enjoy a quick-service meal, you will receive one breakfast entrée and one beverage. As my friend and fellow panelist, Sue shared, there are a variety of
locations in and around your resort to redeem a quick-service dining credit. If you were to dine at
The Market at Ale & Compass in your resort for example, a quick-service credit could be redeemed for any of the
breakfast entrées on the menu as well as a beverage. Starting my day here with an order of Mickey Waffles and an Iced Café Latte sounds practically perfect in every way!
If the rumbly in your tumbly would be more satisfied with a table-service breakfast, remember that you can also redeem your Disney Deluxe Dining Plan credits for table-service dining. Just steps outside your resort room at Disney's Yacht Club Resort, you will find the
Ale & Compass Restaurant which offers a breakfast buffet and à la carte selections. Your dining plan credit grants you either access to the buffet and a beverage, or one breakfast entrée and beverage. For a delicious table-service meal and a visit with some Disney royalty, you could also take a stroll down
Disney's Boardwalk and visit
Trattoria al Forno for the Bon Voyage Adventure Breakfast. Here you can choose from a variety of imaginative breakfast entrées fit for a princess. Be sure to make Advanced Dining Reservations for any table-service meals you wish to enjoy.
I hope I have helped to answer your question, Jane. Remember that with the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan, you receive 3 credits per night of your stay that can be used at both quick-service and table-service locations. All of the quick-service and table-service locations that both Sue and I mentioned will accept your dining credits. If you have any questions about redeeming credits once you are in Walt Disney World, you will find plenty of friendly Cast Members at all restaurants that will be happy to assist you. As your vacation approaches, please come back and see us again if we can advise your further.
See ya real soon,
Betsy
