    Does going to either of the two mini golf courses count as a "park"?? We will not have park hopper tickets nor water park tickets.

    Sounds like you are gearing up for a Walt Disney World vacation. Unfortunately, you cannot utilize your Disney Theme Park Tickets as entrance to any of the golf courses.  You can check the Walt Disney World Resort Golf Course web page for rates.
