Hi, Jose! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!
Like you, I am also the parent of a child with special needs. One of the reasons why my family returns to
Walt Disney World Resort year after year is that they truly go above and beyond to make the magic accessible to everyone. While
theme park admission tickets are required for all Guests ages 3 and up, I think you will find that other accommodations can be made to help your son have an enjoyable visit.
I would recommend taking a look at the
Services for Guests with Mobility Disabilities page on the Walt Disney World website. This will give you an idea of what types of
attractions and
transportation options might work best for your son. You may also want to
reach out to a Disabilities Services Cast Member to further discuss your specific situation. They will help you find the accommodations that will help your entire family have a magical visit.
If there's anything else we can help you with here at planDisney, please don't hesitate to ask. See ya real soon!
Samantha
