Hi Jill, The gratuity will be automatically added to your bill for a large party. That's standard in most restaurants in the United States... I know our restaurant does the same. If you feel strongly about not having that added I would recommend speaking to your server before ordering. Maybe they can have the Manager come speak to you about removing it. 10% means that you received poor service in a restaurant. 18% is standard in the US. Our family generally budgets 20% for gratuity while planning our vacation. Our Cast Member servers have always been so friendly and we've had only great experiences with them, and I hope that your group gets the same wonderful service that we've always enjoyed!
